The 2009 white is an intriguing blend of Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer (Allan's favourite) and Chardonnay. No oak barrel ageing results in a wine that is incredibly refreshing, and dynamically versatile with food.

The Red brings together Pinot Noir, Cabernet, Merlot and a touch of Gamay Noir from the 2007 vintage, Ontario's best on record. Medium bodied, fruit forward and entirely delicious, Union Red is an ideal food wine or can be served chilled on the patio as the August heat descends.
